INSTALLATION AND TESTING
Prior to installation, our team performs a thorough inspection of the laboratory's operating conditions. Preparation for testing is careful and involves early inspections by our staff even before the equipment is ready for shipment. We optimize time and ensure safe results. During installation, we also provide training to dedicated personnel, explaining not only the operation of the equipment but also solutions to major error messages
CALIBRATION AND ADJUSTMENT
Equipment calibration and calibration follow strict technical specifications. The instrumentation used during these operations guarantees metrological traceability, certified by national and international calibration centers.
PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive maintenance, governed by a schedule agreed with the customer, includes a series of operations and checks aimed at reducing the frequency of failures and keeping the equipment in its original technical specifications. Corrective maintenance intervenes to restore functionality in case of failure. Our rapid response is critical: we receive requests for action by e-mail or fax and strive to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, often providing telephone instructions to ensure equipment functionality.
